We started by redesigning the floor plan of the existing condominium to meet modern needs. Thanks to the clever use of space and openings, it provides a sense of space that exceeds the floor area of the apartment. The interesting feature of the floor plan, which was developed after the owner’s needs were formulated, is the separation of the bathroom with a glass door and the design of the shower. The use of materials is clean and simple, with white and grey tones predominating, while the interior is dynamic thanks to the use of bright colours and wood surfaces in some areas.
